Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If you have ordered duplicate certificates from us and there is an inaccuracy in these certificates, please contact us at MAT@medhomeplus.org and let us know what the problem is. If our central database shows that your name and class information was entered correctly when you completed the class, we will issue you a corrected set of certificates at no charge. However, if our central database shows that your name or class information was entered incorrectly when you completed the class, we cannot issue a refund. In that case, you should contact your MAT Trainer and ask them to correct this information in our central database, and then order and pay for a new set of certificates for you.

If you have ordered printouts from us and receive the wrong printout set, please contact us at MAT@medhomeplus.org for instructions on how to return the printouts to us so that we can send you a correct replacement set.

MAT Trainers may return defective DVDs ordered through this website within 30 days of delivery for replacement. To receive a replacement DVD, please contact us at MAT@medhomeplus.org. Please note - as stated prominently in the product information on the ordering page, if you are not a MAT Trainer, you are not eligible to order MAT DVDs. Any DVD orders placed by non-MAT-Trainers will NOT be fulfilled and will NOT be refunded.


Shipping

We can ship to any address in the United States.

For duplicate certificates, the cost of shipping is included in the price of the certificate set. We print certificates once a week (generally on Monday), so it could be up to a week before we mail your certificates to you. It generally takes two days for certificates to be delivered to Virginia addresses.

For DVDs and printouts, the cost of shipping is also included in the price of the certificate set. We generally ship these products on the day after we receive your order, and delivery generally takes two days within Virginia.
